ASAP exists to help Sports Clubs, Charities and other worthy entities (we call them ‘Partners’) with their fundraising efforts. ASAP provides these organisations with a full time professional support structure that helps take the financial risk and countless hours of organisation out of fundraising. ASAP assist in many ways, just a few of them are:
Event Share
Every year ASAP hosts a series of high quality Sports Lunches that feature first class entertainment and hospitality. ASAP organises all of the logistics for these lunches and offers Partners the opportunity to participate in Event Share by simply booking tables into these events.

These event partners keep:
Participating Partners simply need to organise their guests for the luncheon. ASAP takes all of the event risk and does all of the organisation. As an example, if an event partner only gets 5 tables to one of these events then that entity would keep $2500 plus a share of the fundraising.
Raffle Share
ASAP also conducts Monster Raffles and offers Partners the opportunity to participate. These raffles feature fantastic and valuable prizes, such as cars, holidays and sports hospitality packages Running a raffle with such prizes would usually mean the Club or Charity would take a large risk and have to sell an enormous amount of tickets to make any profit. However, Raffle Share means that the risk is taken by ASAP and participating Partners keep around 80% of the ticket sales they make**.
Package Share
From time to time ASAP offers Partners the opportunity of selling Corporate Hospitality Packages to high profile sporting events, shows and concerts to those Partner’s corporate supporters. The Partners keep the profits from such transactions.

Participation is completely optional
Participation in any of the above fundraising initiatives is completely optional for the ‘Partner.’ That is, there is no obligation to participate in any event, raffle or other ASAP initiative.

In the past we have run our own events for fundraising and due to our lack of experience found that the quality of the event was compromised because of the amount of work involved. Another cracker of a lunch. Boof Lehmann and Rod Marsh were great, as was Shane Lee and Vince Sorrenti. The club has netted over $5000 from this last event which is a fantastic result. Thats a lot of sausage sizzles and cans of soft drink on home game days! Can you set aside 10 tables for the Rugby lunch as our corporate supporters are looking to entertain their clients at it.

Just a quick note to say thank you for letting us participate in a fantastic lunch. Your speaking line up of Eric Rush, Campo, David Wilson and Jason Little with Kerry O’Keeffe as MC was sensational. Our supporters were amazed that not only could we “put on” a lunch like this, but the proceeds from the fundraising would go to the Club. We look forward to a bigger presence next year! Thanks again.
