Crown Oaks Day is a traditional ladies day, where women join together in their most feminine outfits for a day of champagne, fashion and fun!
We are pleased to be able to offer you a range of corporate hospitality options at the VRC Crown Oaks Day. From 2 to 200 guests, Eclipse can offer Syndicated or Exclusive premium marquees.
Ascot Enclosure:
The Ascot is ideally located in a delightful garden setting in an elevated area of the racecourse and has access to reserved grand stand seating along with it’s own private tote facilities and bookmakers. The Ascot Enclosure provides the perfect environment to enjoy a day at the races with your guests.
The location is peaceful and the food service is sit down style, making it perfect for entertaining clients without too many distractions.
Winning Post:
Located directly opposite the winning post and set amongst a beautiful rose garden, this enclosure provides the perfect setting to entertain clients.. The enclosure has its own private totes, bookmakers and grandstand. Generally speaking, the Winning Post is a “good time” enclosure, where everyone soaks up the atmosphere. Continuous cocktail style food enables you and your guests to move around the enclosure freely or just sit on the deck and watch the world pass by.
Base inclusions:
- Racecourse and Ascot/Winning Post Enclosure admission
- State of the art air conditioned marquee with elevated carpeted floors and double entrance doors
- Fenced garden area with outdoor tables and chairs
- Deluxe gourmet sit down or cocktail cuisine to be served throughout the day (style varies depending on location and day)
- Beverages throughout the day including premium ales, wines & sparkling wines
- Access to reserved grand stand seating (locations vary depending on enclosure)
- Television coverage within the marquee
- Company signage (excluding Stakes Day)
- Race book per guest
- Tote facilities contained within the Ascot Enclosure and Winning Post Enclosure for your convenience (excluding Stakes Day)
- Prizes and giveaways throughout the day (excluding Stakes Day)
- Eclipse Hosts on hand to ensure the entire day runs smoothly
