The Sydney Swans have enjoyed resurgence in popularity in the last few years, thanks to 2 successive Grand Final appearances in 2005 and 2006. In 2008, ANZ Stadium formerly Telstra Stadium plays host to the their 4 biggest games of the season, commonly referred to as “blockbusters”.
